Hotel policies

RESERVATIONS
Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
A deposit of 30% of your stay total is required to gaurantee your reservation.
Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be gauranteed.

CHECK IN
14:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in.

CHECK OUT
Until 12:00

CHILDREN
Babycots for children up to 1 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.

PAYMENTS
Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@villasthassos.com
Cancellation requests will not be refunded.
‘Non-shows’ your deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded

EARLY DEPARTURES
If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will NOT receive a refund.

CLEANING
Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
Cleaning is provided for all apartments on a daily basis.
Towels are changed every day.
Linens are changed every two days.

GENERAL POLICIES
Pets are not allowed
Smoking is striclty prohibited in all inside areas of the apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
